We grow and mature by asking questions. Whenever you enter into new arenas and territory with new responsibilities, there is a learning curve. Most people will be gracious because you can’t be expected to know what you have never known. Give yourself permission to ask for your missing piece or pieces whenever you find you can’t quite manage what is within your sphere. Asking questions isn’t a sign of incompetence; it’s an indication that you’re quite wise.
