STRETCH

Your ability to adapt and be flexible is a key to your well-being and success in all endeavors. Your comfort-zone is the place where you have no desire to adapt which is also the reason it’s the place where you never grow or learn anything new. Setting stretch goals is important because it does require you to adapt by getting out of the familiar and into the unfamiliar and discovering your yet-to-be-harnessed potential. Stretch out and expand your horizon, you’ll never snap back to the same position.
